Service Learning
On the "Learn and Serve America" website there is quite a bit of information about all types of Service Learning at www.learnandserve.gov

One of the most useful links is the National Service-Learning Clearinghouse. It has a huge amount of information on all aspects of Service Learning for all levels of learners (including higher education) at www.servicelearning.org

Assessment & Learning Resources
The direct link to the resources on Assessment & Evaluation is http://servicelearning.org/resources/online_documents/assessmentevaluation/index.php

The American Association of Community Colleges has a
project called "Horizons Service Learning Project" at www.aacc.nche.edu , click on "Resource Center" and then on "Projects & Partnerships".

The AACC has a program called "Campus Compact" with a link to "Essential Service Learning Resources" at www.compact.org/resources/detail.php?id=18

At Northern State University in Aberdeen SD, there is a good resource for
this faculty on "Service Learning and Assessment" at www.northern.edu/aslp/assess1.html

The above links were kindly provided by the Social Science Information Gateway (SOSIG) pamphlet Internet Resources for Politics and Government: www.sosig.ac.uk
